Bluebell Time

May 31, 2017  •  Leave a Comment

Every year the time comes in the spring to rush up to the woods and capture the most amazing colours, and this only takes place a few short weeks of the year. This year I had a surprise photo session with this lovely family, the images were to be for their Gran's birthday and it was to be kept a secret. The children managed to keep it quiet and I have heard that the birthday girl loved the photos. (There were many) Luck was on our side that day as all week the weather report said it was going to rain, however the day arrived and the sun was shining down on us all. The hour went by far to fast and it was such a relaxing time to photograph everyone. Though towards the end the younger boys were more interested in building wooden dens than having more photos. Little Theo did an amazing job and  we even got smiley photos of him on his own!! A couple of weeks before hand he visited me for his first birthday and I think I am right in saying that he wasn't impressed in being inside a studio, but out in the woods was a different story.

I love the colours and this family. I have had the pleasure of taking some mile stone images over the years and see how big they have become. Now the surprise present has been seen by Gran, I am allowed to share these photos off. Must add a belated birthday to Janet and hope you had a lovely day. x
